I'm a very unique guy. Well a Xolo to be exact. If you can't pronounce my lineage, just call me a Mexican Hairless. Yes, I am bald! I wear lots of clothes when it is cold out. Not so much in the summer time. The parents just slather me with sunblock.
My mom was volunteering at the Safe Animal Shelter and I came in with my sister. My sis had gotten adopted when mom came back in the following week. She started walking me in the afternoons and fell in love with my smile. Yes, I smile lots! Dad had told her not to bring any new kids home (I have a feline brother; we don't get along). He didn't want the shedding and smell. She found her answer! ME! Ever since that Friday night they have been my new parents! They love me so much!!!!
About my owner/parents:
My mom and dad spoil me rotten. I love them so much and I am the happiest when they get home from work and spend time with me. Mom takes me to the dog park almost every day once she is home.
My Birthday:
June 2007
My Breed:
Xolo - Mexican Hairless
Story behind my name:
Let's see... I went through a few name changes before Mom came up with Ringo. A few early possibilities were Abuelo, Skinner, Diego, Fernando, Francisco and for a short time... my actual name was Boci. It means Kiss in Italian.
BUT... one day my mom was looking at me and it just didn't seem to fit anymore. She is a big Beatles fan and for some reason was thining that my nose and Ringo Starr's nose were quite similar. The name Ringo has stuck since then. Up until a few weeks ago, I was the only Ringo at the dog park. However... I am the orginal Ringo there.
My favorite outfit:
I tolerate them all equally
My favorite activity:
Playing with Mom and Dad and chasing squirrels at the dog park
My mom and I think you are the cutest! We just adopted a little sister for me, she is a hairless chinese crested and shares some similarities to you! Rock on cute hairless' of the world!
